Previous listing remarks indicate this was once a viable fruit stand with an orchard of apple and pear trees, 3 wells. Public sewer. Just over 1.5 miles to historic Jacksonville, listed as the most charming town in Oregon, and all of its renowned restaurants, shops, hiking trails, Brit festival concerts, and wine. No neighbors and a large farming parcel to the north and east permit excellent territorial views. This property is part of a First Look program.
